Healthcare Reform, Obamacare, the Affordable Care Act (ACA), whatever you want to call it, is a major issue for small businesses in 2013. We have been reading up on the requirements for small businesses under the ACA so we can help our small business clients make important decisions. For example, if a company has 45 full time employees and is looking to expand to over 50 full time employees, that company will have to offer healthcare or pay penalties to the government.
